The musty smell in rooms is unsettling!!! A need for immediate repairs in bathrooms would enhance overall experience!!! Noise disturbances from the hallway disrupt sleep!!!

My one-night stay fell short. The noise was unbearable, and the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. I also encountered issues with the refrigerator and uncomfortable bedding, making it a poor value for the price paid.

The room had an effective air conditioning unit that maintained a comfortable temperature, which was a relief. The outdoor pool area provided a nice space to unwind, but the hotel itself had a dark, uninviting atmosphere that detracted from the overall experience. The musty smell in the room was particularly alarming, and visible signs of mold made it feel unclean and unwelcoming.

The king room was spacious, and we visited the nearby shopping center and a cool local diner. Breakfast was solid, and the free coffee in the lobby is a lifesaver. Recommended for group trips!

This hotel was an excellent fit for a short visit in Commerce with good value for the price. The air conditioning in my room worked perfectly, keeping the temperature just right during my stay. Make sure to check the breakfast hours for a quick bite before heading out.

The room had a musty smell when I walked in, and the carpet felt a little sketchy. I could hear doors slamming, which made it tough to sleep soundly. The air conditioning worked fine, but it was a little noisy. The staff were polite when I asked for help getting a bottle of water upon checking in, but I expected more attention to the small details in the room's condition. Overall, it was okay but not the Hampton Inn experience I’ve come to love.

the hampton inn had a nice workout gym and pool area. it’s also super close to the tanger outlet, making shopping convenient. the bed was clean and comfortable, a definite plus after a day out.

the furnishings need some updates.

Although the chairs needed a good cleaning, the comfy bed and decent breakfast with unique smoothie options made our stay worthwhile. However, the pool was disappointing.
